Autumn 2008

Hello friends,

Since the birth of my little boy, I’ve decided to take an extended sabbatical from the live stage. The fact is, I’m just having way too much fun (and working plenty hard!) with both kids to try and juggle live shows, too. I promise to keep those of you on our email list posted on any guest-solo appearances, and of course, as soon as The Emily Lord Band is up and running again. Kids grow so fast… in the blink of an eye I’ll bet my son and daughter will be singing background vocals for us!

I’m already hard at work writing the songs for my next album. Looking forward to sharing these tunes with you in the not too distant future.
